2005 Chevrolet Colorado Start Engine Light Comes On Giving Gas Starts Missing

When I start it the engine light comes on and when I start giving it gas it starts missing and hart to take fuel and the engine light starts blanking .i put plugs and fuel press.regulator .no change
Help driving me crazy
