Shifter could not be moved from park position. Does the brake switch pass through a relay to actuate the park solnoid?

Power comes from the brake light switch. Check to see if the brake lights are working. If not, check the switch at the top of the brake pedal. Make sure it is working, adjusted, and sending power and receiving power.
