Engine Won't run/start?

I have fuel & spark but only 60 psi compression on all 4 cylinders. Its blowing oil thru the PCV into the intake plenum. It fouled the Air Intake Temperature Sensor (replaced). Bad rings? Timing? Both? Also appears to have oil seepage into cylinders.

It sounds like the timing chain has jumped a tooth are two, if so you will need to replace the timing chain, here are the marks so you can confirm the failure. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of the problem so we can see what's going on.
