just happen today only 3 times when i was turing right sharp i get a noise coming from left front end

Is it a clicking/poping noise? (this would indicate a bad CV axle)

no its more like a grinding...thumping noise

check the power steering fluid. Also the power steering pump belt tension (while a partner is turning the wheel in the direction of the noise) this way you can see if there are any loose parts or a belt tensioner which bounces when pressure applied to the steering system.
