Car is turned off and electric radiator fan is still running. it killed battery. looking for solution. bad contact maybe?

check the fan relay under the hood.

Is that a wireharness. and it that something i should visual be able to see.

I believe the relay box is under the hood. The relay is a square box about 2 inches by 2 inches
