Where to fill the transmission fluid

Where do i put in the transmission fluid on my car listed above?

Check plug on side of transmission position #36 either one. See diagram.

So i open the screw and put it in there or should i pump it in or is there another way?

They sell the pumps at AutoZone for about $7.00 super easy to use. Here it is on Amazon:
