Hi Support Team,

During acceleration and deceleration of the shocks are felt for the automatic gears. "Sort of Empty" and "shocks" then one to **** as if a connection is made. For example in roundabout. Very unpleasant.

Is this a problem:
- Gearbox
- Deck axial (front or rear)
- For intermediate ring (flector)
- Ignition Engine with micro cuts (the engine runs perfectly apparently)
- Silent block gearbox
- Torken
- Other

How to proceed to the Diag?

Thank you for your support.

Regards,
Feb

Is this vehicle all wheel drive? Pardon me for the possible misunderstanding, as it appears you may be from out of the U.S, but I think I get some understanding from what you are describing. If you are accelerating the vehicle, does it make a ratcheting type of noise that you can also feel? If it is all wheel drive, you may have a condition in which the transfer case chain is slipping on the sprockets.

Hi Stacey,

Thank you for you help.
The car is European (2005 Cadillac SRX Luxury Sport with 70,000 miles
v8 4.6 Benzine Automatic All Wheel Drive AWD) in France.
The engine operates normally; a priori no break power.
Oil from the gearbox is very recent. Maintenance date just 1,200 miles.
When I drive at low speed or very loosely on a normal road, the speeds are going "normally" but the shocks are felt, in fits and starts as if a mechanical part was to connect with another (like a 6x4 truck when bridges are being set all-road). And the same thing, in deceleration to change down, in fits and starts. The anomaly exist at 5 mph and so at 107 mph in deceleration and then re-acceleration.
