blower moter does not come on when ac is switched on but got fire to blower motor resister hooked fan to battery an it blows fine how can i test resister an see if its bad an both wires to fan are hot when pluged into resistor

Suspect faulty Blower Motor Control Processer located behind right side dash. One wire to fan must be ground

well i did ground the black wire so that means the BMCP is bad is that what you are saying
