i was told that my engine was locked and that it would not be fixed because there were traces of water emulsified in the oil, what can i do

if you have water int ehoil it's either a head gasket or something is cracked. take the plus out and see if it turns over by hand. if it does, the nput the plugs back in andsee if it willstart. if yo hear knocking then go from there. sounds like aserious engineproblemthough.
