2005 Cadillac Deville Heating/Cooling

My car randomly heats the passenger side as I drive. It does not matter whether it is city or highway driving. The air conditioner has broken some time ago. The blower motor also is broken but I plan to replace it soon. Is there a common reason that a Cadillac will heat the passenger floor?

it auto tem p control so it may be an actuator heating up andor the control panel it will need to be scanned by a pro
