DO REAR DISK BRAKES CHANGE OUT THE SAME WAY AS FRONT DISK BRAKES?

On a 2005, where the park brake is integrated into the rear caliper, the piston has to be rotated to compress. Other than that, it is basically the same. When the piston is fully compressed, observe the relief in the piston, it is supposed to line up with the locating pin on the inner pad.
