What do you think is most likely Wrong with the car? AND how can i stop it from making this noise as soon as possible? Ok, so tonight i was driving and a rock came out of nowhere and I hit it with my 2005 cadillac cts. I know i should have avoided it, but i didn't notice it until it was too late. So anyways when the car hit the rock it bounced up and hit something on the bottom of the car. Now the car makes a loud thumping noise from the front right tire, only when the steering wheel is turned slightly to the Right. So, my question is... what do you think is most likely Wrong with the car? AND how can i stop it from making this noise as soon as possible?

Look in the right front wheelhouse area, possible that the rock distorted the liner and it is contacting the tire in turns when the clearance is optimal.
