2005 Cadillac CTS axle bolt fell out

I was getting my tires rotated and when I removed the right rear tire there was a large bolt that had come unscrewed and was in the center of the break disk and appears to be in the direct center of the axle...

Not sure what bolt your talking about cant see it can you put some loctite on the bolt and retighten it?
