2005 Buick Terraza rear air

When I turn on the rear fan it only blows out the bottom vent. Can't get it to blow out of the top vents and it won't let you change anything on the control buttons

pull fuse 8 for 60 seconds with key on then reinstall it may reset the mode actuator in rear. if not have it scanned for codes a pro will need to do it.
