How do I adjust sliding door on my 2005 Buick Terraza

The passenger side sliding door needs adjustment. When I drive down the highway it sounds like the door is open or a window is open. Seems flush on the outside but something must not be meshing up on the seals. How can I adjust this without spending money and taking it somewhere. I am pretty handy with figuring things out but I would like to have an idea/advise what the process is.

The wheels that it rides on is adjustable. However, if it is flush on the outside, it is adjusted properly. Check the weather stripping to make sure it is in good condition.
