Sounds like you have three separate problems, First, the engine noise could be valve related since it follows the engine speed, next, the ABS, cruise and traction control most likely is a wheel speed sensor they have a high failure rate and could cause the problems you describe, and lastly, the ODO and Trip read out is powered by an electronic driver inside the instrument cluster which needs to be replaced which can be performed by a clutch re-builder such as AER in Brea, California,
