Newer cars use electronic flashers that flash faster when there's a break in the circuit. That is most commonly caused by a bulb that is burned out but it can also be caused by a break in a wire or a corroded contact in a socket. Start by checking for which bulb isn't working. When they all seem to be okay, compare the left and right sides to see if there should be two bulbs lit up.
