How often does the oil, break pads nad microfilter need to be changed for my 2005 525i bmw?

An `05 525 has what BMW calls conditioned based service. The car will alert you when these intervals are reached. The pads will require replacement when the sensor installed in the brake pads has worn to about 3mm of thickness. The oil service interval is due when a pre-determined amount of time/mileage/gas consumed has passed. The pollen filter is determined by time and how long the fan has run. I guess this pretty much sums it up. So there are no concrete numbers to enter into the system once the service indicators are reset?
