I have oil and the oil light keeps popping up every 30 min or so, I add some water instead of antifreeze and it goes away about 50 miles down the line it pops back up.

When the oil light comes on, is the engine overheating or do you hear any knocking or ticking from the engine? Have you checked the oil pressure switch? Have you confirmed that the oil pressure is within the manufacturer's specs?
