While driving down the highway my 2005 rl shut off. No sounds no clink, clunk, or grind. Once back home the car would crank but not start. I replaced the battery, spark plugs, checked for spark, and they got slightly wet after cranking. Checking for fuel. I replaced the main relay. Cleaned the intake under the cover. It was dirty, caked with soot and cleaned out the erg valve. Each time checking it there was any change. None was found. I need ideas I was thinking cam sensor, but I don't know where it is on this make and model. Also if so is there a way to test, unemployed moneys is tight.

Are you getting a check engine light? If so, pull the code with a scan tool. This will get you going in the right direction.
