There is a bumping/knocking noise coming from the front wheel area (passenger's side). It does not occur all the time, but I do notice it when I am going about 15-30 mph. It sounds like maybe something has come loose and is rubbing up against something else. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Time for an inspection at a tire and alignment shop. Noises are never anything to ignore. They will start by checking the ball joints, tie rod ends, and control arm bushings. There are a lot of other potential causes but those are the more common ones.
