I have a 2004 Volvo XC90 and the rear bumper cover has a 3 inch rip in it. How can I fix it without replacing the bumper cover?

You may need to go to a body shop to see if they have some sorte of repair kit? Other then that, you would need to replace the bumper skin? You may want to just have your insurance company take care of it?

That depends on where you go and how much the bumper skin is? Where I am at we charge $140/hour so bumper skin would be 2 hours plus say $800 for the bumper at the dealership? So you need to shop around or like I mentioned before, hand it over to your insurance company?
