Is it possible to open the bonnet on an xc90 with a broken release cable?

Hello,
You can go in from the front using a long hook. Here is a video that will show you

If that doesn't work you can try going up from the bottom with the plastic skid pan removed
Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
