warning message, reduced engine power. then message reads engine system check require?. Was told the problem is with the throttle. Can you tell me what I might expect with this issue.

Did they pull codes for the throttle or potetiometer fault codes? If the throttle is faulty, you are looking around $1000 for the replacement. Try and post the fault codes on here so I can get a better idea of what the problem may be?
