2004 Volvo Xc70 Replaced Fuel Pump Failed Disconnect Battery Now That Fixed

I replaced the fuel pump & failed to disconnect the battery. Now that its fixed the SRS Airbag service urgent mssg comes up in the info center. How do I re-set to clear the mssg?

The light set because you had the seat belt electrical connector unplug. Try to disconnect the battery cables and touch them together for about 15 minutes. If that does not reset the light you will need a compatible scanner to reset it. Also why did you replace the pump? Some states had a recall to replace it and tbe other states have a 10 year 150k mile warranty on the pump. Call Volvo of North America to see if you qualify for reimbursement for the repairs.
