when I shift to park my Volvo gear its always hard to shift to the orders

Does this happen just from park to another gear?

Yes only after I shift the gear onto park and turn the car off ,and when I when I come back 5 or 10minutes to start,it stuck on Park

It sounds like the park lock solenoid is not releasing. Are the brake lights working when this happens?
