I have a 2004 volvo s80. The heater blower only comes on intermitently. I turn it on the manual way it still works only sometimes its like that in automatic or manual mode. I'm not sure where that fuse is for the heater blower motor or the resistor. Can u tell me where its located and I will start from there

Is this how I go about replacing it?

Yes you remove it from inside the vehicle. Remove the two torx 25 screws holding the passenger side kick panel and remove the panel. Remove the glove box (8 torx 25 screws I believe). Disconnect the blower and remove the five torx 25 screws holding the blower assembly in the climate box. Then the motor is held into the assembly with a torx 25 screw and the control unit has two screws.
