2004 Volvo S80 Daytime Running Light Burnt Out Change Ve Tried Delicate

daytime running light has burnt out and I need to change it. I've tried to be delicate to get it out since I don't want to break anything. Before I get drastic does anyone have any experience changing it? Read the manual but to no avail.
