Have it scanned for codes.

Check the motor mounts. Firmly set the parking brake. Two people needed. Open the hood. One person stands on the side of the car looking under the hood, one in the driver seat. Hold the brake FIRMLY, and start the engine. Place the transmission in gear and give it a little throttle. The engine will move slightly. If you hear a clunk, or the motor shifts noticeably, the motor mounts need to be looked at more closely to see which one is worn.

I agree with rivermikerat and also has the check engine light ever come on flashed? Or does this only happen while you accelerate? If it is only while accelerating and you happen to scan fault codes for misfires then you need to check for a bad coil, spark plugs, or fuel injector? Let us know what you find with the scan.
