2004 Volkswagen Touareg V6 Water Frame Make Turns There Sloshing Sound Coming

My 2004 Volkswagen Touareg V6 has water in its frame. When I make turns, there is a sloshing sound coming from the lower side doors. How can I drain this water? How can I prevent this from reoccurring?

There's always drain holes in the bottom. Poke something through them to dislodge the debris that is plugging them.
