Hi. My car looses power when im stuck in trafic. I have to push the throttle flat to get the car going. Did diagnostic and shows all is fine. Changed petrol pump. Coils are fine.

You may be having an issues with the "drive by wire" electronic throttle system. That will require a factory scan tool to analyze the computer data to have any idea what is happening there.
