the stop engine oil pressure light came on on my 1.8t 4cy passat- I checked the oil and it was a little low so I added some 5w30 oil to the oil, the light went out and I ran some errands and the light came on again, so I parked the car. I checked the oil and it was still full.Today I checked and the light is out and the oil is still full. I friend of mine had a code checker and could not find any codes listed? Would it be safe to drive it? The garage I bought it from is about 35 miles away.
