i found a lot of creamy substance that looks and smells oil in the coolant bottle and i want to know how oil got into that water bottle

First, make sure there is nothing mixing with either the trans fluid or the engine oil. If it is Trans fluid, the cooler in the radiator is bad and leaking into the coolant. Not good for the trans if coolant is getting into the trans.

If it is motor oil, most likely it's a head gasket. You will need to either do a leak down test or check compression.
