Do you hear a click under the shifter when the brake pedal is pressed?

4 speed automatic or 5 tiptronic?

Fuse #11 (5amp) is power for the shift lock solenoid.... the solenoid is controlled by the transmission
computer. The brake light switch on the brake pedal sends a signal to the transmission computer... if
the switch is broken, the shifter will not move.
