all exterior lights dont turn off after key removed from ignition (currently having to remove/replace fuses each time)

Don't have the references to this vehicle-check if it has a headlight relay could be sticking-also check the headlight swith

checked headlight switch turned to off position. and regarding headlight relay ??? what should i do with this ???

Try swapping it with a like one and see what happens-
