beetle overheating

the dealer changed my thermostat, flange, sensor, low switch fan, melted cable on fuse block, water pump, timing belt and cracked reservoir due to boiling antifreeze. just got car back a week ago and today the light flashing saying its overheating again. i have changed everything vw said was wrong. please advise what you think the issue is now. thank you in advance.

You may have to get a head check done, this is a quick and simple chemical test for a fail;ed head gasket, start here to eliminate this possibility.
