Hi, my mk-4 astra is not starting intermittently, at least once a day. This is only happening since I had the ecu replaced. When this happens the engine will turn over but not start and there are no revs when I put my foot down on the accelerator. It will eventually start if and tried. Again anywhere between 5 mons and an hour later. The garage have replaced the EGR valve and fuel pump relay with no effect. Any ideas?

We don't have these U.S. But scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge then try resetting your security system we have no specs so check with garage

I have seen the throttle bore need to be replaced which will cause the car to go into limp mode. Please go over this guide to help see what I am talking about.
