my brakes lockup when i stop and when i go forward it pops to release. what causes this ? It statred when i used the parking brake and then released it it would not release until i forced the truck forward'

Chck the rear brake shoes. The lining could have been detached from shoe.
Check for at wheel cylinders.
Check the handbrake cables for seizure.
