The van overheats when in heavy traffic.I found out that my passenger side radiator fan has stopped working,
Can anyone tell me as to what can cause a fan motor to go bad?I believe that this fan is the fan that comes on when the A/C is commanded on and it is most likely controlled by the PCM.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Check for power at the fan with A/C on and if no power check fuse and relay next.
