2004 toyota sienna engine idle messed up after new plugs installed

idles too fast when stopped but in Drive. Also races when cold in the morning. Just had plugs changed with 120,000 service.

it sounds like whoever changes the plugs left off a vacuum hose that has created your isse. have whoever did the work re check there work'
