2004 Toyota Rav4 Recently Purchased This Friend Seems Serviced Plan 100 000

I recently purchased this from a friend. Seems he serviced it with a Toyota plan up to 100,000 miles. At 120,000 miles I had new spark plugs and air filter installed. What are the things to look out for at 135,000 miles? What do you recommend getting looked at or done ?

if it's got a timing belt change it and the tensioner. they should be changed every 60,000. replace fuel filter.
