2004 Toyota Previa Wht Would There Oil Intake Pipe Between Turbo Inlet

wht would there be oil in the intake pipe between the turbo and inlet manifold.... its the d4d engine

This is common for all engines and especially more so for turbo engines. A bad PCV valve or faulty turbo would increase the amount of oil in the pipe.
