What to check when all doors (toyota Prado 2004) can't open/close simultaneously using wireless or directly to the driver's door?

If only a specific door is not operating, check the door lock actuator first.

If only the driver door is operating and all others doors are not, it could be the control module.

It seems that its not communicating between the driver's door electronics and car key electronics. I can only open/close driver's door manually. FYI, i can operate all doors only from the driver's door switch panel. What to check now?
Thanks, regards

You mean the keyless entry is not working.

Check the fob battery. If battery is good, the fob might require reprogramming
