2004 Toyota Paseo Not Starting

My car is not able to start because it's not showing to park and neutral sign on the dash board. I took it for diagnostic check and it gave us a code P0207. How can we sort it out

The code P0207 on a 2004 Toyota Paseo indicates an issue with the injector circuit for cylinder 7 which you don't have. I would start by checking the electrical connector at the injectors.
