its starting key is stuck, how to resolve it, card is placed inside but even then its key is not rotating clock wise to get it start

Start with checking the fuses and ensuring the gear shift is in Park.

If the key cannot be turned from ACC to Run positions, the problem is most likely to be due to due to a faulty ignition key cylinder..
