2004 Toyota Other High Beams Seem Just Come On Road Street Lights Hard Shut

my high beams seem to just come on when im on a road with no street lights. its hard to shut them off. i blind other cars and have been pulled over twice since april with this problem. can i pull a fuse or do i have to get someone to take the electrical wiring?

You can turn the Autolamp function off. You can also keep the light switch to low beam at all times.
