The rear windscreen washer does not work. Water reaches the jets but nothing comes out. How can it be unblocked? We have tried a pin without success.

The nozzle will be blocked, use a fine pine to clear any muck.

if you have water at the back of the nozzle, then it may be very blocked if the pin trick wont work, next will be a hit with compressed air into the back of the nozzle, that may dislodge any muck, this is usually dried washer fluid compound.
