my 2004 toyota highlander makes a high pitched noise when i start the engine in the morning but stops immediately,it does this anytime the engine is cold,also it consumes too much fuel and the engine noise is high

Squealing type of noises are usually from worn belt or loose belt tension. Have the belts checked.
As to the engine noise, you would need to locate its source and possible causes, we won't be able to do it online. For fuel consumption, the possibilities are long. It could be related to the engine noise or others. If the Check Engie Light is showing, you would need to chck for trouble codes. Get a tune-up for the vehilce if it is long overdue.
