Try banging the blower motor housing to test and if the fan motor starts up, it is due for replacement.
Turn the blower speed to max and if it works, the blower motor resistor is bad.
It is the Heater fuse underdash.

Im having this problem on my 2004 Corolla. I bang on metal motor assembly and it tries to get going and will even run at extremely low output for a few minutes. Does this mean I have to change the motor and the fan, or just the moter? Thanks Guys
