2004 Toyota Camry headlights flicker

Headlights flicker and the power of the radio also cuts off when the indicator, defogger or.the brakes are applied. I have changed the alternator but no fix. This at times fixes itself and then keeps going until it starts again.

clean battery terminal ends and replace belt and tensioner probably slipping.due ot old tensioner and belt
